Job Title:  Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Trauma-Focused

Location:  Missouri (In-person)

Employment Type:  Full-time, W-2

Compensation:  Commission-based pay

Schedule:  Flexible — meet a 25-session/week client quota within office hours

 

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri to provide trauma-informed therapy in a full-time W-2 position. We handle the marketing, referrals, credentialing process, as well as ongoing insurance and client billing so you can stay focused on client care. A great fit for counselors who want to do what they love—helping people—without the distractions of billing, admin, and overhead.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Deliver individual therapy services to clients with trauma and related concerns

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client appointments per week once fully scheduled

• Maintain timely clinical documentation in line with company and licensure standards

• Opportunities to conduct group therapy on a periodic basis

 

What You Bring:

 

• Active LPC license in the state of Missouri

• We value experience with trauma and evidence-based care, but it’s not a must—if you're enthusiastic about learning and developing in this area, we’d love to support you

• Strong time management skills and self-direction

• Willingness to work independently while meeting weekly session expectations

• A passion for helping others and a deep commitment to client care
